PHOENIX (Oct. 15, 2014) – The 2014 NAIOP Arizona Trolley Tour hits the road Oct. 23 with stops at three of Tempe’s landmark developments: Marina Heights, Hayden Ferry Lakeside III and Liberty Center at Rio Salado.

Buses will begin boarding at 4 p.m. at Tempe Center for the Arts. Cost is $50 for NAIOP Arizona members and $100 for non-members. The tour is expected to end around 7 p.m. Cocktails and appetizers will be served.

The first stop is Hayden Ferry Lakeside III, which is being developed by Parkway Properties.  The $42 million, 311,505 SF office building is scheduled to be completed in late 2015.

The next stop is Liberty Center at Rio Salado, which is being developed by Liberty Property Trust. A full build out, Liberty Center will be a 1 MSF mixed-use project. Completion is also expected in late 2015.

The final stop is Marina Heights, on the bank of Tempe Town Lake. The 2 MSF office and retail project is being developed by Sunbelt Holdings and Ryan Companies US. Completion is expected by 2017.
